Refund policy

due to the hand made integrity and unique quality of each piece, soul full studio cannot accept returns. however, we do allow exchanges within one month of purchase date. 

if product has been damage, then please contact savannah rigney about repairs. most products are covered under a life time warranty, with the exception of non casted items, such as gold-filled charms and assembled pieces. please reach out to savannah rigney at soul.full.studio.ca@gmail.com for further questions.
